Exclusive Crystal Custom Appliqué Hat by Rebel P. Each rhinestone appliqué is hand placed and hand sewn in my studio. No two hats are ever exactly alike — each piece is a true one-of-a-kind work of art.

Each crystal appliqué hat is handcrafted to order by Rebel P and features the original RPC woven label—a mark of the handcrafted designs that built the foundation of Believe In New York. Every crystal appliqué is fused, then hand-stitched for permanent attachment. This is luxury craftsmanship, made to order.

Store owner replied: Thank you for your review. The product was not rushed. I wanted to clarify. The backing of an applique has to be on a garment or the entire applique will fall apart. That is what holds it together. It is exactly the same as the product in all my pictures. Most Appliques are sewn onto the colored fabric that matches the applique that is why you don’t see them on wedding dresses because they are white. You look beautiful in the pictures thank you for posting!
