ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Believe New York is a handcrafted brand. Many of our signature items — including chenille hats, patched hats, and crystal appliqué hats — are made to order and individually created with care and attention to detail.

Because of the handcrafted nature of these products and seasonal demand:

• Handcrafted hats require approximately 10–15 business days for production before shipping.

This applies to:

• Chenille patched hats
• Patched apparel
• Chenille beanies
• Crystal appliqué hats

These pieces are individually crafted and produced in small batches.

Fulfillment-center items, including select sports hats and printed apparel, follow standard production timelines and are not affected by handcrafted production schedules.

READY-TO-SHIP & LIMITED-EDITION ITEMS

Some items may be available in limited quantities or as one-of-a-kind creations. These items typically ship within 1–3 business days.

SHIPPING TIMES (AFTER PRODUCTION)

Domestic shipping within the United States varies by destination and carrier. USPS estimates delivery within 2–8 business days but does not guarantee delivery times.

International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Believe New York is a small independent studio. Every handcrafted item is created with care, and slight variations are part of the unique nature of handmade products.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international destinations. If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, VAT charges, customs fees, and import charges imposed by their country of residence.

Believe New York is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or assessed fees by customs authorities. Please check with your local customs office regarding potential charges and procedures before placing an order.

If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees, failure to claim a shipment, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom and made-to-order items that are returned due to failure to claim a shipment remain subject to our final sale policies.

TRACKING

If a shipment is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly before contacting Believe New York.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges required by your country.
