SITE CONTENTS

Believe New York and its original artwork, designs, and merchandise are independent creative works and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any professional sports league, team, organization, brand, or athlete.

All artwork, illustrations, characters, and designs are artistic expressions created for entertainment, collectible, and decorative purposes. Any references to sports culture, cities, colors, traditions, or historical influences are intended as artistic commentary and fan-inspired creative works.

All original artwork, designs, logos, and merchandise are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Believe New York, many products are handcrafted, customized, or made to order.

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. To request a return authorization, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Include all original packaging
• Be free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an incorrect item was received.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Custom products, personalized items, patched hats, crystal appliqué hats, and other made-to-order merchandise are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges may be available for eligible custom items on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before returning any custom merchandise.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Eligible items may be exchanged for the correct product at no additional shipping cost. All exchanged merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition.

Please review all sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order, as sizing-related issues do not qualify for refunds on made-to-order merchandise.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all approved international returns and exchanges. Any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or shipping charges are non-refundable.

EU CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order items may be exempt from this right under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

SHIPPING

Production times vary depending on the product and level of customization. Please refer to each individual product page for current production estimates.

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Many products are individually produced, handcrafted, or customized and may require additional processing time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, VAT charges, customs fees, and import charges imposed by their country of residence.

Believe New York is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or assessed fees by customs authorities.

If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees, failure to claim a shipment, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

TRACKING

If a shipment is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly before contacting Believe New York.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability may vary. Because many items are made to order, immediate availability cannot be guaranteed.

Actual product colors may vary slightly from those displayed on your screen due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and printing variations.
