RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Believe New York, many of our products are made to order, handcrafted, or customized specifically for each customer.

Returns

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. To request a return authorization, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging

  • Be free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an incorrect item was received.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom products, personalized items, patched hats, crystal appliqué hats, and other made-to-order merchandise are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges may be available for eligible custom items on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before returning any custom merchandise.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Eligible items may be exchanged for the correct product at no additional shipping cost. All exchanged merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition.

Please review all sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order, as sizing-related issues do not qualify for refunds on made-to-order merchandise.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all approved international returns and exchanges. Any applicable duties, taxes, or shipping charges are non-refundable.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order items may be exempt from this right under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
