Each crystal appliqué hat is handcrafted to order by Rebel P and features the original RPC woven label—a mark of the handcrafted designs that built the foundation of Believe In New York. Every crystal appliqué is fused, then hand-stitched for permanent attachment. This is luxury craftsmanship, made to order.

I received my hat in a great time and I love it. However, I never received tracking information for my hoodie, reached out to the owner and was told she couldn’t provide it since it was coming from a fulfillment center. Got a notification that the item was delivered but I hadn’t received it, reached back out to the seller and she basically told me it wasn’t her problem because it was shown as delivered. Then she stopped communicating. So, as far as customer service goes, it was atrocious. Luckily I had receipts of her behavior and was fully refunded by PayPal. Definitely not someone I would purchase from again, due to the lack of professionalism and horrendous customer service. Caveat Emptor; let the next buyer beware.
